Terms of Service

1. General

  • I will send you many WIPs. If there will be mistakes in design in finished piece, I can make small changes. Any bigger changes will result you to pay additional money. Please be clear and carefully check the WIPs.

  • If your commission is taking more than 6 months, you will be rewarded with a free art.

2. Payment

  • Payment must be done up front in 100%. I do not accept holds for any type of my commisions.

  • I only accept payments on PayPal in $Dollars and PLN.

  • I do not accept giftcards, DeviantArt points etc.

  • I have the right to decline your commission without excuse myself.

  • I do not allow refunds, unless there is an emergency from your side with proof. In this case I can refund up to 50% from what you payed.

3. Copyright and Ownership

The artist hold every rights to the art piece, not the commissioner. All content (artworks, designs) posted on any of my accounts are intellectual property.

I am allowed to:

  • use the artwork as my art examples.

  • promote myself with commissioned art at any platforms.

You are allowed to:

  • use the finished piece at any platforms as long as credit is given, but can't commercialize it.

  • make merchandise of my art for non-commercial purposes only (stickers, prints, keychains etc).

  • use the art to promote yourself.

You are NOT allowed to:

  • remove my watermark/signature.

  • reproduce, distribute, or use without giving credit.

  • taking credit for the creation.

  • changing the artwork without the artist's consent.

  • use for commercial purposes, or making money off of artwork in any way.

  • use my arts to train AI.

Credit is required if you want to share my artworks on other platforms. Please do not forget about it.
Breaking the rules results in blocking, blacklisted and forbidden to ever commision me again.
